Second "here's the fake" PR for the
GIDEMMErrorHandlerchange, on top of #663.GIDEMMAlertPresenter(presentAlert:overKeyWindow:,dismissAlert) has the alert-window code copied out of the handler (the next PR deletes the original). Protocol + production implementation + fake, same as #663.They'll both be used in the next PR.
