Title: Mic input becomes disabled (grayed out) after confirming voice dictation — requires spacebar press to re-enable

Description:

After the most recent app upgrade, voice input is broken. Steps to reproduce:

1. Click the microphone icon and dictate a message.

2. Click the checkmark to confirm/accept the dictated text.

3. The microphone/send control immediately turns gray/disabled.

4. I must press the spacebar before the control re-enables and I can send the message.

This did not happen before the latest update. I've confirmed this is 100% reproducible on multiple separate machines, using different accounts on each, with identical behavior every time — strongly suggesting a regression in the latest release rather than a local/account-specific issue.

Impact: Breaks the voice input workflow on every use; requires an extra manual keypress each time, which is frustrating and error-prone.

Environment: Windows (multiple machines), latest app version after most recent upgrade.
