integration merged upstream master 1b883bf (getwyrd/client-rust#3): #557 and #551 are now in upstream_base, #558 is still carried. A reviewed pin bump (ADR-0001); the evidence at this pin follows in its own commit. Signed-off-by: Eduard Ralph <eduard@ralphovi.net>

tikv/client-rust merged tikv#557 (
d98fb52) and tikv#551 (6bdbe46), whichintegrationalready carries, and tikv#575 (IDE components in the pinned toolchain). The merge is clean: onlyrust-toolchain.tomlchanges. tikv#558 is still open upstream and stays carried; its branch already contains thismaster, so nothing is rebased.Sync per client-rust-pdca ADR-0015 rule 4 and client-rust-test ADR-0001. The pin move in client-rust-test follows once this is merged:
rev= this merge,upstream_base=1b883bf, and thepre-557feature is deleted.
