test(node): port rejection, feature flag, and client-report tests to span streaming

Move rejection, feature-flag, GrowthBook, and client-report coverage to the default span-streaming lifecycle. Preserve existing assertions while adapting transaction checks to streamed spans and allowing span/error envelopes to arrive in either order.
