What was wrong
The orchestration guide required two signed-in agents even though a fresh review thread can use the same provider. Its copied prompt also required another provider, contradicting the one-agent workflow.
What changed
The prerequisite now says one signed-in agent is enough and a second is optional. The copied prompt defaults to the current provider in a fresh, read-only review thread; the visible explanation agrees.

Remote CI passes. Checked the rendered prerequisite and copied instructions, including the single-provider path. Browser comparisons follow below. Download tracking and the previous-build rollback were checked without changing event types.
