PR #2 deletes commands/secops/*.toml slash commands but README still documents them #5

Summary

This PR (agy_plugin_v0001) deletes commands/secops/{triage,hunt,investigate,cases}.toml with no replacement, but README.md (rules/GEMINI.md) still documents these as available slash commands. The PR's own changelog doesn't mention removing them, which suggests it's accidental rather than an intentional deprecation.

Evidence

$ find . -iname "*.toml"
# (no output — the commands/ directory and all four .toml files are gone)

$ ls commands
ls: commands: No such file or directory

$ grep -n -A6 "Custom Commands" README.md
172:### Custom Commands
173-
174-Use these shortcuts for common tasks:
175-
176-*   `/secops:triage <ALERT_ID>`
177-*   `/secops:investigate <CASE_ID>`
178-*   `/secops:hunt <THREAT>`

Impact

A Gemini CLI user follows the README and runs /secops:triage 12345 (or /secops:investigate, /secops:hunt, /secops:cases) expecting it to work as documented. None of these slash commands exist anymore in the Gemini CLI extension flavor — they were only ever defined by the now-deleted commands/secops/*.toml files.

Suggested fix

Either:

  1. Restore commands/secops/*.toml (or equivalent) so the documented slash commands keep working under the Gemini CLI extension, or
  2. If the removal was intentional (e.g. slash commands are being superseded by skill auto-triggering), update README.md's "Custom Commands" section to remove the stale documentation and explain the new invocation model.

Found while critically reviewing PR #2 / branch agy_plugin_v0001.

    Resolved in commit on agy_plugin_v0001 branch: restored commands/secops/*.toml slash commands and included commands in plugin installer items.

    Reopening — the fix in 5e2559e restores the slash commands for Gemini CLI / Antigravity, but they remain invisible in Claude Code: plugin commands there must be markdown files in commands/, and .toml files are silently ignored (no error, no registered command — see plugins-reference §Skills/Commands: skills are directories with SKILL.md; commands are simple markdown files).

    Net effect for a Claude Code install: the 5 skills still auto-discover and trigger on natural language, but /secops:triage, /secops:investigate, etc. don't exist as slash commands — degraded parity rather than breakage.

    Proposed fix

    Add .md equivalents alongside the existing .toml files (each runtime reads only its own format, so they coexist cleanly — same pattern as the dual gemini-extension.json / .claude-plugin/plugin.json manifests). E.g. commands/secops/triage.md:

    ---
    description: Triage a SecOps alert or case
    ---

    Run the secops-triage skill on alert $ARGUMENTS.

    (Claude Code uses $ARGUMENTS where the Gemini TOML format uses {{args}}.)

    Note for the implementation: scripts/install.py's plugin_items list copies the whole commands/ directory into the Antigravity bundle, so the added .md files would ride along — harmless, but worth confirming Antigravity ignores unknown formats the same way Claude Code ignores .toml.
