Move iOS PR tests to free GitHub Actions runners with Swift package and Xcode compilation caching, plus live logs. Keep Codemagic for main-branch builds and production deployments.
Compiler reuse is verified: 1,283 cache hits, with an 8-second restore of 302 MiB. Overall speedup is not established: Xcode builds took 4m56s versus 4m46s in the populate run. The cached run passed Learn, then stalled for 17 minutes after the Bookmark build, before that test started, and hit the 30-minute job limit. Simulator/test startup remains unresolved; all other current-head checks pass.
