May I ask if there’s any plan or timeline for reviewing and merging this PR? I’ve recently migrated my app to the standalone material_ui package

This would be a really good PR to have :)
an ugly workaround to get this package to work with ThemeData from material_ui

  • add a builder to your MaterialApp
MaterialApp(
      ...
      builder: (BuildContext context, Widget? child) {
        // FIXME: needed for flutter_markdown_plus YUK!
        return MaterialUiCompatibilityBridge(child: child!);
      },
      ...
)
