Add script and script-filename keys to extra data sources. The script (run by the client at install time) must print a JSON object to stdout whose url member is the download url; it is mutually exclusive with a static url. script-filename defaults to bin/<basename> and the script is copied into the app's files/ directory. Also fail early if the script does not exist at the declared path.
