Adds a
spec_lintjob (Elixir 1.20.4 / OTP 29, errors only, no--warnings-as-errors) runningmix spec_lintat the umbrella root.The dep is declared in the root mix.exs only when
Version.match?(System.version(), ">= 1.18.0"), so the Elixir 1.16/1.17 matrix jobs are unaffected (spec_lint requires Elixir ~> 1.18).Local run: 1105 spec clauses checked, 0 errors, 0 warnings. No fixes or ignores needed.
