⬆️ Upgrade pedantry to 2.0.1 with pedantry sync --upgrade - #5

Upgraded with `pedantry sync --upgrade` from v2.0.1, plus `npm install -D github:dryan-org/pedantry#v2.0.1` for the package pin.
Replaced: managed files re-stamped to 2.0.1 (.editorconfig, .prettierignore, lefthook.yml, .pedantry/AGENTS.md, pedantry.toml); the managed eslint hook glob is now `*.{js,json}` (typescript-eslint cannot run on TypeScript 7, so TypeScript is left to tsc); @dryan/pedantry dev dependency pinned to v2.0.1.
Preserved: lefthook-local.yml (its eslint skip is now redundant but harmless), tsconfig.json, prettier setting.
New: CLAUDE.md importing @AGENTS.md.
Checks: pedantry check passes; npm test (tsc plus vitest, 33 tests) passes; lefthook pre-commit on all files passes.
