The dashboard is published on grafana.com as 25832.
dashboards/github-actions-runner-exporter.json: gains the export metadata grafana.com expects (__inputs,__elements,__requires: Grafana 13.2.2, Prometheus, and the five panel types), so the repo copy matches the uploaded one. Nothing else changes; I checked that the dashboards are identical apart from those keys.Draft until grafana.com approves the listing (currently pending moderation). Until then the ID link and import-by-ID won't work for anyone else.
