graft was removed from every machine and AI tool. Drop its .gitignore entry, the .ignore file that only re-admitted graft/ to search, and every agent instruction to use it.

Summary
graft (the repo context-graph tool) has been removed from every machine and AI tool we use. Its CLI queries took 3–10 GB of memory each, and its hooks added about a second to every tool call. This PR removes what it left in this repository:
/graft/entry in.gitignore, and.ignore, which existed only to make thegraft/folder searchable againNotes that only record past work (for example "searched with graft") are history and stay.

graft(레포 컨텍스트 그래프 도구)를 모든 PC·AI 도구에서 제거했습니다. CLI 조회 한 번에 메모리를 3~10 GB씩 썼고, 훅 때문에 도구 호출마다 1초쯤 늘어났습니다. 이 PR은 graft가 이 레포에 남긴 것을 지웁니다.
.gitignore의/graft/항목과,graft/폴더를 다시 검색되게 하려고만 있던.ignore지난 작업을 기록만 한 메모(예: "graft로 조회함")는 이력이라 그대로 둡니다.

설정·문서만 바뀝니다. 지운 줄이나 파일을 읽는 코드·테스트가 없음을
git grep으로 확인했습니다.
