Korean text can change width after first paint while progressive subsets load. The opt-in font stylesheet makes one optional loading decision for the unmodified complete Pretendard font, and uses a distinct CSS alias in its sans token so a locally installed same-name font cannot become a late fallback. Latin and mono faces remain self-hosted and optional; the existing CORS preload helper exposes additive full-Korean/mono asset constants.

Legacy fonts.css, its subset URLs, default token sources, package versions and dependencies remain unchanged. The new deterministic font-only overlay generator backports only this opt-in surface to existing site-kit versions, verifies each exact upstream tarball integrity, and preserves every other archived file and existing custom exports. No registry publication or CSP change is included.

Validation: 59 relevant source/core/overlay tests passed locally. The complete font is unchanged (2057688 bytes; SHA256 9599f12fd42fc0bce1cd50b47a0c022e108d7aa64dd0d1bb0ed44f3282d900b4), and legacy CSS remains byte-identical (SHA256 63f4597159c9fab8cd3769f53071f1c23e85be4622220d84fb10eacd3a1eaa76). Latest-head CI passed: source-contracts (13s) and verify (13m44s), run 40839270440. Consuming-app cold/warm/slow first-paint and actual glyph checks must pass before merge; this draft is held while those checks finish.
