feat(system): control registered post-processing

Fixes #642.

Add an opt-out controller for registered post-processing when loading systems. rot_lower_triangular=False preserves the existing input orientation, while the default remains unchanged. The control is applied consistently to System, LabeledSystem, and BondOrderSystem loading paths and is removed before invoking format readers.

Validation: POSCAR and VASP XML tests plus ruff checks pass.
