- bazel_skylib 1.9.0 -> 1.9.2 - googletest 1.17.0.bcr.2 -> 1.18.0.bcr.1 - rules_java 9.6.1 -> 9.9.0 (still ships remotejdk_25) - rules_python 2.0.1 -> 2.4.2 rules_python 2.4 warns that the PyPI hub name "pypi" is reserved and will be renamed in a future release; rename it to the suggested "dds_pypi" now. Routine batch of minor/patch dependency bumps, all to the latest Bazel Central Registry release:
