Add missing schema definitions for India_RBI_State_Statistics import:

1. india_rbi_stat_vars.mcf:
   • Add Area_FarmInventory_Fruits for Table 72 (state-wise area of total fruits).
   • Add IndexScore_SustainableDevelopmentGoal for Table 106 (state-wise SDG composite index scores), reusing indexScore measured property.
2. india_rbi_schema.mcf & india_sdg_schema.mcf:
   • Define class SustainableDevelopmentGoal (singular) with isProvisional: dcs:True.
   • Preserve legacy class SustainableDevelopmentGoals (plural) for backwards compatibility.
   • Associate SustainableDevelopmentGoal with domainIncludes for indexScore.
3. geographic_regions.mcf:
   • Add GeoRegion node dcid:HaryanaDelhiChandigarh ("Haryana, Delhi & Chandigarh") with overlapsWith relations for Table 102.
4. vertical_spec.textproto & stat_var_group_spec.mcf:
   • Add StatVarGroupSpec for SustainableDevelopmentGoal mapped under vertical "Demographics".
5. golden_sv_names.textproto & golden_svg.textproto:
   • Update golden test outputs to place IndexScore_SustainableDevelopmentGoal under "Demographics" vertical hierarchy.
