The Logistics section still tells contributors to use Go 1.22, while
go.modrequires Go 1.27.0 anddocs/INSTALL.mdalready documents that minimum. Following the old prerequisite does not provide the toolchain needed to build the current repository.Refer to
go.mod, matching the existing CI setup instructions above, instead of keeping a second version pin that can drift again.Validation: checked against
go.modanddocs/INSTALL.md; the documented source installation (go install .) succeeds with Go 1.27.0 on Windows amd64. Only this prerequisite sentence changes; no runtime, help, manpage, or generated files change. Full CI was not run for this documentation-only correction.
