• MTimeAndCoordinate::Horizon2Equatorial(): right ascension jumps by 180 degrees at azimuth 180 and can exceed 360 degrees

cositools/nuclearizer#283 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 19, 2026

• MSubModuleStripTrigger: dead time file not validated, no strip dead time without file, sub-threshold guard ring hits raise the guard ring veto

cositools/nuclearizer#282 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 19, 2026

• MSubModuleStripReadout: saturated strips are lost, added neighbor strips have no opposite strip, sub-threshold guard ring hits are kept, ADC truncated

cositools/nuclearizer#281 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 19, 2026

• MSubModuleShieldTrigger: bottom shield crystals 0-3 never veto, HasTrigger() never set, veto window uses stale dead times, uninitialized dead time parameters

cositools/nuclearizer#280 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 19, 2026

• MSubModuleShieldEnergyCorrection: hits in different crystals/voxels are merged, correction applied before merging, results not reproducible with the MAssembly seed

cositools/nuclearizer#279 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 19, 2026

• MSubModuleDepthReadout: partial TAC calibrations give TAC 0 or crash; negative HV TACs are not clamped

• MSubModuleDEEIntake: simulated relative depth is outside [0, 1] (half length used as thickness)

cositools/nuclearizer#277 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 19, 2026

• MSubModuleChargeTransport: crash for detectors without drift splines; merged strip hits keep the wrong fast peak time and lose origins

cositools/nuclearizer#276 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 19, 2026

• MReadOutElementVoxel3D: no operator< - all voxels are equivalent as map keys, the shield energy correction uses one calibration for all crystals

cositools/nuclearizer#275 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 19, 2026

• MModuleTrappingCorrection: shared strips corrected twice, vetoed events stop the chain, crash for detectors without depth curve, wrong duplicate check

cositools/nuclearizer#274 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 19, 2026

• MModuleTACCalibration: LoadTACCalFile() merges a second file into the previous calibration instead of replacing it

cositools/nuclearizer#273 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 19, 2026

• MModuleStripPairingChiSquare: energy resolution accumulates over hits, NaN for zero resolutions, nearest-neighbor strips paired as interactions

cositools/nuclearizer#272 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 19, 2026

• MModuleSaverMeasurementsL0: wrong event type classification, wrong guard ring read-out ID, hit count overflow, unknown strips written with read-out ID 0

cositools/nuclearizer#271 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 19, 2026

• MModuleSaverMeasurementsFITS: guard ring veto written as 1, memory corruption for L2 events with more than 10 hits, existing file appended instead of overwritten

cositools/nuclearizer#270 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 18, 2026

• MModuleRevan: crash without geometry, missing configuration silently ignored, simulated origin (OI) lost, no reconstruction error for empty events

cositools/nuclearizer#269 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 18, 2026

• MModuleResponseGenerator: crashes in Initialize() and Finalize() instead of failing cleanly

cositools/nuclearizer#268 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 18, 2026

• MModuleLoaderSimulationsCosima: stop-after options not saved in the configuration; number of simulated events never handed to the event saver

cositools/nuclearizer#267 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 18, 2026

• MModuleLoaderMeasurementsL0: veto flags and guard ring hits are lost; Initialize() does not clean up a previous run

cositools/nuclearizer#266 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 18, 2026

• MModuleLoaderMeasurementsFITS: events with more than 255 strip hits are truncated; reading stops after re-initialization

cositools/nuclearizer#265 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 18, 2026

• MModuleLoaderMeasurements: Initialize() does not call MModule::Initialize()

cositools/nuclearizer#264 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 18, 2026

• MModuleEventSaver: with split files, events before the first split time are lost, and events with only a UTC time (e.g. from HDF5) are all lost

cositools/nuclearizer#263 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 18, 2026

• MModuleEventFilter: strip hit energies of both sides are summed, empty events skip the energy filter, the detector list is never used, the default maximum reduced chi square does not survive the XML round trip

cositools/nuclearizer#262 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 18, 2026

• MModuleEnergyCalibration: Finalize() leaves dangling pointers, lookups add empty entries, threshold file header is parsed as data, unknown XML modes are accepted

cositools/nuclearizer#261 · Filter by author zoglauer opened on Oct 18, 2026

• MModuleDiagnosticsEnergyPerStrip: Initialize() does not call MModule::Initialize()
