Summary
The empty state on the Home traffic card named OBSERVABILITY_ENABLED without saying where it goes. The setting belongs to the ContextForge server, not the web UI, and it appears nowhere in this repo outside the message, so anyone who looks for it here will not find it.

Proposed change:
updated message

- "No traced requests. If you haven't already, set OBSERVABILITY_ENABLED=true and restart ContextForge."
+ "No traced requests. If you haven't already, set OBSERVABILITY_ENABLED=true on the ContextForge server and restart it."

en-US, es-ES and pt-BR. No code change. SystemSparklinesCard.test.tsx passes unchanged, since it matches on "No traced requests".

Checked against a local stack with OBSERVABILITY_ENABLED=false.

The es-ES and pt-BR wording is mine and would benefit from a native read. Both attach the restart as an enclitic pronoun on ContextForge.

Fixes IBM/mcp-context-forge#7313. This is interim: IBM/mcp-context-forge#7312 replaces the key with separate messages for observability being off and for no traffic, but it is blocked on IBM/mcp-context-forge#7311.

…nes empty state

The message named the variable without saying it belongs to the
ContextForge server, sending people to look for it in the web UI
environment where it does not exist.

Closes #7313

The three localized wording updates address the stated ambiguity without changing application behavior or introducing identified issues.

What changed in this PR

Clarifies the Home traffic card’s empty-state guidance: OBSERVABILITY_ENABLED=true must be set on the ContextForge server, not in the web UI.

Changes:

  • Updates the English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese messages to identify the server and instruct users to restart it.
  • Preserves translation keys and application logic.
