The release script regenerates bun.lock, so the ^2.1.0-beta.1 ranges resolved to the newest @contember/* release (rc.6), while the engine and CLI images stayed pinned to rc.4.

Change

• Pin every @contember/* dependency to exactly 2.1.0-rc.6 (no caret).
• Use contember/engine:2.1.0-rc.6 and contember/cli:2.1.0-rc.6 in CI and docker-compose.yaml.
• Lint job: a short check that fails when any Contember image tag differs from the installed @contember/schema version.

Bumping Contember now means changing the package versions and the image tags together; the check catches a mismatch.
