ci: align Contember engine and CLI images with 2.1.0-rc.4 - #151

The lockfile resolves @contember/schema and siblings to 2.1.0-rc.4 while the engine and CLI images were still on rc.3, which broke migrate & seed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The lockfile resolves
@contember/*to2.1.0-rc.4, but CI and docker-compose rancontember/engineandcontember/cliat2.1.0-rc.3. The version mismatch broke the "Migrate & seed" step of Browser Tests on main.Bumps both images to
