I've swapped this to draft for now, because generating the terms table results in removed terms existing for v4 in the table. This is because https://github.com/codemeta/codemeta/blob/master/properties_description.csv still has them in it. |

@moranegg this was missed because it wasn't actually building in the actual repo when I did the initial site-wide v4 updates, then I forgot it needed adding altogether.
