refactor(swingset): align live navigation with component sidebar

Description

Replace the live sidebar’s flat Flows list with the component sidebar’s groups, page order, and status metadata. Include all seven current live pages.

Keep the v1 wire-ups orange for work in progress, with a reminder that functional wire-ups may still have bugs.
