Description

Changes the @clerk/expo-biometrics bump in .changeset/expo-biometrics-package.md from minor to major, so the package's first release is 1.0.0 instead of 0.1.0. @clerk/expo-google-signin was first released the same way.

@clerk/expo is unaffected. It still releases as a minor (4.8.0), and its >=0.1.0 peer range on @clerk/expo-biometrics already covers 1.0.0.

Follow-up to #9989. This needs an !allow-major comment to pass the Major Version Check.
