docs: note the CLI version needed to import double check retries (checkly-cli 10.0.0) - #743

Since monorepo PR 4925 the import format returns a check that still uses
the legacy double check retry as the SINGLE_RETRY strategy. CLI 6.5.0 and
older fail the import with "Unsupported retry strategy type SINGLE_RETRY";
6.6.0 is the first version that generates code for it, and 10.0.0 renders
it as RetryStrategyBuilder.singleRetry({ baseBackoffSeconds: 0, sameRegion: false }).
The checkly import page only said "Available since CLI v5.4.0".
Proven on the local stack (monorepo 5858d7e03f) with checkly@10.0.0,
6.6.0 and the 6.5.0 must-fail control.

Importing a check that still uses the legacy double check retry setting fails on older CLI versions with
Unsupported retry strategy type SINGLE_RETRY. Thecheckly importpage only said the command is available since v5.4.0. This PR adds a short note tocli/checkly-import.mdxrecommending CLI 10.0.0 or later for such checks.Verified end to end against the released version.
