Add Elitehost to hosting providers list

It looks like when users get a new domain, they're required to click through the cpanel wizard. How can it be both enabled by default and require steps to turn on?

I've updated the wording there to reflect the actual behaviour: Enabled by default, automatically installed, manual action entirely optional. Hope that is sufficient?
