Summary

  • Add native task creation from a persistent Add task control and the empty-state Add your first task action.
  • Create through the collection's existing tasknotes.task implementation, using portable @tasknotes/model fields and the type's default status and priority. No Planner-specific task type or second task store.
  • Keep No tasks yet distinct from saved-view/search/filter emptiness. Retain a secondary same-collection TaskNotes link in the matching deployment.
  • Declare records.create and the corresponding add file action explicitly. Older approvals need renewed consent; record deletion and unrelated file operations remain excluded.
  • Use one SDK intent per draft. Pending saves and later refusals remain SDK-ledger-owned; an UNKNOWN result retains the original draft and retry identity rather than being treated as cancellation or success.

Verification

  • True-red creation/UI/manifest checks before implementation: eight failures, with 22 unaffected cases passing.
  • Public SDK client and MemoryReplica integration covers mapped fields, native form creation/readback, a second contract reader, portable TaskNotes model decoding, external creation watch updates, pending/refused writes and a committed-create/lost-reply retry without duplication.
  • Separate UNKNOWN acknowledgement counterfactual is red before the guard and green after it.
  • Browser tests cover adding at 1440, 834, 390 and 360px; the full local desktop/phone browser suite passes (13 cases).
  • Full pnpm verify passes: formatting, typecheck, lint, 199 tests and production build. These are source/hermetic/browser-fixture checks, not live/native connected-collection acceptance.

Rebased onto the LAB baseline including #14 (7a1372462b7e63d4a18e16874ddfd77c08e6e9a5). Draft only; no main merge or deployment.
