Add unit tests for native code to weak-node-api #317

As we'll potentially be building out support for injecting functions for multiple engines into weak-node-api, I'd like for us to have a couple of C++ unit tests.

I'm not feeling strongly for any particular framework, but Catch2 seems like a good candidate.

This should happen after #308 merge.
