Cranelift: fix alignment on cmpps/cmppd. - #14641

Legacy (non-AVX) cmpps and cmppd instructions require 128-bit-aligned memory operands; this change updates assembler metadata, changing the ISLE types, so that the autoconversions do not enable load-sinking for these cases.
