Bump plugin.json to 2.2.1, move the Unreleased notes into the 2.2.1 section and add docs/releases/2.2.1.md. The READMEs point at the new notes, and TODO.md records the multi-window bar and the release. Signed-off-by: Bernardo Pinto Gomes <bernardopgomes@hotmail.com>
