feat(test-server): share a Caching CMM cache across clients by name - #2191

Clients whose Caching configs set the same sharedCacheName now use one local materials cache for the life of the server, so Tests can exercise caching CMMs that share a cache.

…ache Builds the Java server from the branch that shares Caching CMM caches by name (aws/aws-encryption-sdk-java#2191), so this PR's CI runs the shared-cache Tests against it. Repoint to kessplas/esdk-test-server once that lands.

The shared Caching CMM cache is now on that branch (aws/aws-encryption-sdk-java#2191), so the temporary pin to kessplas/esdk-shared-cache is no longer needed.
