Description of changes:

Build the Caching CMM in the Java TestServer

The ESDK for Java's caching CMM (CachingCryptoMaterialsManager) wraps master key
providers, not Material Providers Library keyrings, and the MPL has no caching
CMM. Build a top-level Caching config as a CachingCryptoMaterialsManager over a
local cache, with its TTL, partition, and byte and message limits, and the
master key providers equivalent to the wrapped Default CMM's keyring: Raw AES
and Raw RSA as JceMasterKey, the AWS KMS (MRK) single and multi keyrings as the
KMS master key providers, and Multi as a multi-provider. Other keyrings, grant
tokens, and a Caching CMM nested under another CMM are construction failures.
…M decrypts

The ESDK's own CMMs take no reproduced encryption context on decrypt. Check it
against the decrypted message's encryption context instead of rejecting it.

The Caching CMM wiring is now on that branch (aws/aws-encryption-sdk-java#2190),
so the temporary pin to kessplas/esdk-caching is no longer needed.
