jit: iops 整函数 JIT——verify_jitable + x86_64 发射器 + 预构建（M1） - #542

M1 目标达成：iops N=2000 12.0µs = 0.137×Python（C runtime 4.0× → JIT）， tutorial 239/240 JIT on/off 逐字节一致。benchmark 快照为 c2+JIT 全量快照 （其余 9 case 走解释路径，fib/nqueens 慢 1.3× 为 c2 既有递归差距，M2 处理）。 验证（gitter）：编译通过；iops N=2000 JIT 14.0µs / RC2_NOJIT 103.7µs， 10-case 全 valid。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <noreply@anthropic.com>

M1 里程碑：runtimec2 对 iops 整函数做 JIT。
runtimec2/include/jit.hpp、runtimec2/src/jit.cpp（verify_jitable + x86_64 发射器 + 预构建）vmkv.cpp/codeseg.cpp/runtime.cpp/CMakeLists.txt接入性能：iops N=2000 14.0µs（gitter 本机复测；JIT off 103.7µs，Python 89.3µs）≈ 0.16×Python。
正确性：benchmark 10 case 全 valid；tutorial 239/240 JIT on/off 逐字节一致（coding2 验证）。其余 9 case 仍走解释路径，fib/nqueens 慢 1.3× 为 c2 既有递归差距（M2）。
说明：coding2 的两个 benchmark 快照 CSV（
