Summary

Imports now respect v3's batch limit and rate-limit timing without resubmitting ambiguous writes. The CLI also exposes group membership roles, default roles, and block cover URLs.

 import
- submit up to 100 blocks; retry transient submission errors
+ submit at most 50 blocks; retry only explicit 429 rejections
+ honor retry timing and shared upload cooldowns
 API errors
- generic status labels
+ validation details and rate-limit information

Five commits separate test infrastructure, the schema refresh, API errors, import fixes, and new v3 options. Strict replay now matches request bodies and refuses network access when a cassette is missing or empty; existing fixture destinations are updated to the structured request format.

Evidence

  • Before: Imports could exceed the 50-block limit, retry an already accepted batch, or resume before an extended cooldown. The quoted test glob failed on Node 20.
After: Regression coverage for batch boundaries, safe retries, concurrent cooldowns, error parsing, role payloads, and cover URLs.
  • Each commit independently passes npm run check on Node 20.20.2 in strict replay mode; the final commit passes all 121 tests, typecheck, and build.
  • Changed files pass formatting and diff checks. API writes were mocked or replayed; no live mutation testing.

Merge Danger

Door: Two-way

Revertible CLI changes; no migrations or server changes.

Blast Radius: CLI

Import retries, API error output, and additive group/cover options. JSON errors gain optional rate-limit fields.
