Summary

• Update duckdb to git tag v1.20000.0 and pin arrow and arrow-ipc to 60.0.0.
• Keep one Arrow version shared with DuckDB, including the required IPC, JSON, timezone, and LZ4 features.
• Preserve the bundled-cmake, icu, json, and appender-arrow features.
• Migrate metrics, request logs, and traces to ArrowBatchRegistration and the single-parameter arrow(?) table function.
• Regenerate Cargo.lock to remove the duplicate Arrow 58 dependencies.

Validation

Passed locally:

• cargo fmt --check
• cargo test --locked: all 36 tests passed
• cargo clippy --locked --all-targets -- -D warnings
• Dependency and feature checks: every Arrow crate resolves to 60.0.0, with all required features enabled.
