The Documentation menu entry pointed at the language quick start, while the guide itself starts with the time series introduction. Send v2.x and v1.x to the corresponding welcome page in both locales.

Problem
The Documentation menu opened the user guide on the language quick start page (
QuickStart/QuickStart), while the guide itself begins with the time series introduction. Readers landed one step into the manual instead of at its first page.Fix
Point the v2.x and v1.x entries at the corresponding welcome page in both locales:
/zh/UserGuide/latest/QuickStart/Navigating_Time_Series_Data/zh/UserGuide/v1.x/QuickStart/Navigating_Time_Series_DataThe quick start pages are unchanged and still reachable from the sidebar and from the home page button.
