What changed in this PR
Adds bookmark links for DOCX reference fields and improves nested field handling.
Changes:
- Parses REF, PAGEREF, NOTEREF, and internal HYPERLINK targets.
- Tracks nested fields with a bounded stack, including
fldSimple. - Adds integration coverage and release notes.
