Adds LibreDB Studio to the Infrastructure projects list on the third-party projects page.
LibreDB Studio is an open source (MIT) web SQL IDE. It connects to a self-hosted Apache Spark
cluster over Spark Connect, reads results as Arrow batches, and lets users browse catalogs and
run Spark SQL from the browser.
Only third-party-projects.md is changed; the generated HTML is left to the site workflow.
