Removes the superseded experimental inference query handling, mappings, HTTP client/cache, and duplicated test fixtures while preserving the current shared-config implementation.

Retains the legacy exported API as deprecated compatibility code, scheduled for removal in package version  3.0.0 , with a version-based test enforcing that deadline. Adds query-time inference usage documentation.

Validation includes the full Elasticsearch module suite, targeted compatibility tests, and OSGi baseline checks.

Remove legacy index-local inference configuration, queries, mappings, HTTP client and fixtures while retaining shared-config inference and enrichment-safe updates. Bump the affected exported package to 3.0.0 for the removed legacy API.

Restore the legacy ElasticIndexDefinition model and signatures without reconnecting removed runtime paths. Retain package export version 2.7.0 and cover compatibility behavior and legacy-independent writer selection.

Document the removal deadline on deprecated compatibility APIs and inspect the compiled package version in a unit test. Keep the guard passing below 3.0.0 and require removal starting at 3.0.0.

Set forRemoval=true on all deprecated compatibility APIs and suppress intentional removal warnings in compatibility tests.
