What ships

New commands since 0.4.0:

• amp mcp-analytics servers list
• amp mcp-analytics taxonomy get
• amp mcp-analytics topics get
• amp mcp-analytics episodes list
• amp mcp-analytics episodes get
• amp metrics list and amp metrics get
• amp auth signup

These reads need analytics:read, which the default login set already includes. The bundled OpenAPI spec is regenerated with them.

feat: so release-please cuts a minor (0.5.0).

Checks

• pnpm check:developer-cli-external-ready: portability tests pass (9), CLI unit tests pass (810, 1 skipped).
• scripts/sync-developer-cli-external.sh --verify: dependency parity, then in this repo pnpm test (810 pass, 1 skipped), pnpm test:typescript, pnpm build, pnpm pack.

.github/, community-health files, package.json, and release-please config are repo-owned and untouched.
