If this documentation commit ships before the credits landing page deployment, every reader following the new application CTA reaches a 404; the commit description and testing checklist explicitly state that this URL is not yet live. Make the landing page available and validate the link before publishing this change, or withhold the link until then.

Adds a short "Get Alchemy credits for Arc" section to the end of the Arc API Quickstart that links to the new Arc Alchemy Credits Program page.
Do not merge yet:
https://www.alchemy.com/credits-program/arccurrently returns a 404. Hold this PR until that page is live.Related Issues
