build(deps): bump mcp to 1.30.0 - #136

Resolves the open Dependabot alert on the mcp SDK (fixed in 1.30.0; the project pins mcp[cli]>=1.27.1,<2). Verified the MCP server end to end against local agents on the new SDK: tool listing, send_message, list_tasks, and an authenticated send. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
