chore: widen the uv_build pin and drop the deprecated license classifier - #131

Closes #110. The build backend was pinned to <0.10.0 while uv itself is at 0.11.x and uv-build at 0.12.x, so every build warned about the mismatch. Widen to <0.13.0; the wheel still builds, locks cleanly, and installs into a fresh environment. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
PEP 639 deprecates license classifiers in favour of project.license, which pyproject already sets to GPL-3.0-or-later. uv build warned on every run; the classifier carried no information the license field does not. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
