fix(deps): upgrade to slim-bindings 3.3.3 - #43

Raise the minimum to slim-bindings 3.3.3 (SLIM 3.4.3, rustls 0.23.46) so users get the 3.4.2 message-delivery fixes and the fixes for RUSTSEC-2026-0285, -0346, -0348 and -0349. No API changes. Fixes #42 Signed-off-by: Luca Muscariello <muscariello@ieee.org>

Raises the minimum to
slim-bindings>=3.3.3,<4(SLIM 3.4.3, rustls 0.23.46) so users get the 3.4.2 message-delivery fixes and the fixes for RUSTSEC-2026-0285, -0346, -0348 and -0349. There are no API changes. Also refreshesuv.lockand updates the version in the README.Local checks: ruff check, mypy, ruff format --check, pytest -s (27 passed, including the JWT identity e2e tests), uv lock --check and uv build all pass.
