Experimental. Nothing here is stable, nothing is released, and there is nothing to install yet. §GRUND-histor.4
The witness of how each change was made. For any pull request, histor answers with the agent sessions that wrote it, the Rhei plans that drove them, and the exact prompts those sessions were given. §GRUND-histor
A pull request shows what changed and nothing about how. The sessions, the runs and the rendered prompts all exist for a while, on some machine, and are gone or have moved on by the time someone asks. Histor is the server that memorizes them and ties them to the change they produced. §GRUND-histor.1 §GRUND-histor.2
Only the ground is written: docs/grund.md says why the
project exists and what it will not do. There are no requirements and no code
yet. The repository is grounded with grund,
so what comes next starts as a spec point in requirements.md.
What histor memorizes is private to whoever runs it. This repository holds the server, never the record. §GRUND-histor.2
ἵστωρ, histor: in Homer, the one a dispute is taken to, because they know what happened. The word for inquiry, historia, comes from it.
