Summary

• Support optional Service Documents discovery, bounded portable-document reading, and document acknowledgements during enrollment.
• Allow explicit repeated enrollment to satisfy Service-owned requirements while preserving identity and lifecycle state.
• Enforce unmet claim/document requirements before issuing new Grant credentials; preserve idempotent response replay.
• Add public API guidance, lifecycle tests, and conformance coverage aligned with the merged Service Documents specification.
