Updated new browse UI per UX feedback

• Move breadcrumb to header
• Inline favorite option in list/card
• Change type styling to not use tags
• Moved New menu
• Ask Coworker option added to actionbar

@hannessolo FYI I reverted the fixed width at bigger screens - UX has some different designs coming around this tweaking the columns, but the table width stays full screen. So reverted to previous state in the interim.

Nice catch, will fix that.

the coworker button does nothing so we should hide it.

Hmm yes, I was thinking the same, but when I click it and chat opens, and then the coworker option goes away, that felt strange to me as well. So now on click, if open, focus moves to chat. I'm open to suggestions though.

the rationale for moving the breadcrumbs

I think mostly because the browse screen would also have the site selector similar to the landing page, so breadcrumbs moves down. Canvas view stays separate from these two since its tied to a specific file, so there it goes back up.
