Resolves #136

Summary

Allow path segments beginning with a period (such as .well-known) in route matching and parsing without improperly stripping or rejecting them.

  • Mangled leading period and underscore characters in generated filenames to prevent the Go build tool from ignoring compiled files.
  • Guarded filepath extension trimming when the extension matches the full file name.
  • Quoted literal path segments in route regular expressions to prevent unescaped periods from acting as wildcards.
  • Tested in isolated container sandbox with zero regressions.
