Sets the 1.9.0 release date to 2026-10-14 and adds what landed since the changelog was last updated.

The versions are already 1.9.0: activeagent, actionagent and browser-sidecar. browser-sidecar/ is byte-identical to the published @activeagents/browser-sidecar@1.9.0, so the release's npm step will skip.

Release: after merging, tag v1.9.0 on the merge commit. The release workflow builds both gems, publishes them through RubyGems trusted publishing, and pushes the GHCR sidecar image.
